  • Lab Work & Deficiency Testing

    While the obvious organ associated with mental health tends to be the brain, there are over 70 organs, hundreds of pathways, and trillions of cells in the human body; all connected in one way or another! As such, sometimes the organ we’re experiencing symptoms in, isn’t actually the organ responsible for those symptoms!

    With this in mind, I’ll sometimes suggest lab work to look for important (and often simple to address!) issues such as hormone imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, anemia, and other common causes of anxiety, depression, and brain fog that may not be "directly” related to your brain.

  • Personalized Support

    I believe individualized care is a cornerstone of healing. As such, following an in depth intake, I customize a healing protocol tailored toward your specific needs and goals.

    This protocol will be broken down into supportive lifestyle modifications, dietary shifts and supplemental support that meets you where you’re at, and helps you get to where you’d like to be.

    While there is no definitive timeline with healing, your customized plan is designed to help you begin seeing tangible results within a couple of weeks.

  • Customized Supplementation Plan

    Supplementation with vitamins, minerals, herbs or essential nutrients can offer profound health benefits. Yet, choosing which supplements to take can certainly be an overwhelming, confusing, and expensive process. Without proper guidance, it can also be a potentially harmful process.

    I notice some people assume that because something is a “vitamin” or “natural”, that it is safe, so they’ll haphazardly try all sorts of things they hear or read about. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case and sometimes cycling through supplements may be doing more harm than good!

    I view supplementation as a way to boost your body’s natural healing processes; not replace them. With this in mind, I focus on nourishing your body’s healing pathways through a “less is more” approach to supplementation.

    In our work together, we will collaborate to see where your body needs some extra support and I’ll tailor a protocol that will safely meet your needs, without having to take handfuls of capsules a day or spend hundreds of dollars a month on supplementation.

  • Tools & Exercises for Optimal Health

    One of my absolute favorite parts of working with clients is the opportunity to witness them shift their deeply rooted patterns and behaviors and show up to the world from a place of confidence and joy, rather than fear and shame.

    These powerful shifts often come about through a blend of traditional and alternative therapies. Such therapies include cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based and acceptance commitment therapies, as well as somatic therapy, breath-work exercises and energy integration work.

    While our sessions alone will provide a solid foundation for learning and practicing these new tools and skills, for maximum benefit we design a step-by-step plan of action where you can effectively practice utilizing these skills between sessions, too.
